The sign-in email never arrives

Check your Spam and Promotions folders first — the email is almost always sitting there.

1. Check that the address is typed without typos
2. Wait a couple of minutes and request the email again
3. Try signing in with Apple, Google, Facebook or VK if that's how you used to get in

The email isn't in any folder — write to us from the address your subscription is under.
